What is all the commotion about Sammys pizza? Well, I am a fan of crust – and Sammys has a nice crust. It’s not soggy from too much pizza sauce, nor is it thick..

Yet the best thing about SAMMYS PIZZA is the fact that it’s a woodfired pizza, so it has a wonderful “smoky” essence. The crust is nicely crisp on the bottom – so if you appreciate a well-done crust with a slight crunch, you’ll like it!

One of my favorites is the mushroom with sausage – it delights my senses, and awakens a childhood memory of similar pizza at Mama Donisi’s/Vic Cassano’s pizza – mmmm!

Variety of Offerings at Sammys Pizza in Minot ND

There’s a surprising number of choices at Sammys – there is a full Buffet on Weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and also on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5 pm to 8 pm. One of the better offerings with the buffet is the fried chicken – there is also soup and salad available with the buffet.

In addition, there are quite a few offerings of traditional Italian fare – such as:

Rigatoni, Rigatoni Supremo, Pasta Primavera, Tortellini Venetian, Lasagna, Fettuccini Alfredo, Dave’s Favorite Alfredo (Shrimp & Peas Based), Chicken Tetrazzini, Chicken Parmigiana, Ravioli, Spaghetti Bolognese, Spaghetti, or Angel Hair pasta.
